At SUPPLY.com, we love to give back to our local community. A few weeks ago, our friends at Lamon Luther returned to our Austell campus to show off their newest tiny house to the SUPPLY.com team. In partnership with Help One Now, Lamon Luther raffled off the tiny home last month, valued at $65,000, to provide a rescue home for vulnerable children in Kairos Village, near Iquitos, Peru. Given the success of last year’s Tiny House Giveaway, we were honored to once again facilitate the donation of plumbing products for the project with the help of our brand partners – American Standard, Elkay, Duravit, Grohe, and Houzer (a massive thank you to all of them). Read below to learn how we helped Lamon Luther and Help One Now build something great.
When Lamon Luther Founder, Brian Preston, asked SUPPLY.com to once again support their cause, we leaped at the opportunity to help out. “We were blown away by last year’s tiny house. Brian and the rest of his team had a great vision for the quality and aesthetic of the build,” recalled Harrison Rogers, Director of Sales at SUPPLY.com. “We’ve had a great relationship with Lamon Luther for several years now and have always admired their work and mission.”
“The high-end fixtures donated by our manufacturer partners were a perfect fit for the space and added a nice touch of luxury,” he continued. “This year, they raised the bar even higher by adding a full-size, freestanding American Standard soaker tub to the bath – a detail that the new owner will certainly appreciate! SUPPLY.com and our generous brand partners are grateful for the opportunity to play a small role in furthering Lamon Luther’s vision. And the tiny house looks great!”

With 2,584 raffle participants nation-wide, the 368 square foot tiny house was auctioned off last month a lucky winner in Texas. One of those raffle participants was our very own Account Manager, and tiny house enthusiast, Dana Towns. “I like the idea of tiny homes because they appeal to my inner minimalist. There is only room for the beautiful and the useful within a tiny home,” explained Towns. “This year’s tiny home is their best one yet, not only because of the two bedrooms, but also the fact that they got the tub in there. I’m happy to be a part of a company that helps Lamon Luther achieve its goals and support other charities. It’s amazing how they’re able to build beautiful furniture and also provide jobs and homes for those who need it most.”
An authorized dealer since 2012, our strong partnership with American Standard has allowed for great business over the years and unique projects like this. “We are pleased to assist the Lamon Luther Foundation’s efforts in Georgia to provide work for local skilled craftspeople to construct this tiny house, while supporting the larger cause to build a village in Peru. It reinforces our American Standard mission to improve everyday living in communities here and around the world,” said Maha El Kharbotly, CMO of LIXIL Americas, under which American Standard operates. “Providing a beautiful freestanding bathtub for this home is a unique way to make life more enjoyable for the winner. We are grateful to our friends at SUPPLY.com for their partnership and support in this effort.”
