As a partner to more than 100 of the biggest and baddest brands in the industry, our expansive catalog is built on strong relationships. For us, those relationships are more than just business agreements – they’re partnerships with a commitment to shared success. Last year, #BrandDays were born as a new vehicle for brand reps and SUPPLY.com employees to meet and learn from each other. We kicked off our first Brand Day in 2017 with Hansgrohe (learn more here) and are continuing to keep the tradition alive in 2018 and beyond.
The day begins with training, which is designed to keep sales reps, our folks on the front lines, up-to-date on the products they’re selling and to be able to ask in-person questions to the experts. Promotions Manager Carey Tucker described our training session with Rinnai:
“They gave us selling points on furnaces that our account managers are able to take directly from training and use with their customers. I also really liked the hands-on demonstrations of the products. Matt Wilbanks from Sunbelt Marketing mentioned something along the lines of, ‘If you understand how to work the product, you know how to sell it.’ That really resonated with our team.”
“Mike also added a couple of fun quizzes throughout the training, which gave our team the opportunity to confirm that we understood, and to answer any questions if we didn’t. It was a really unique way to do it!”

The official flyer for our Kohler Brand Day!
Say “Brand Day” fast and what will a liquor-lover hear? Brandy. Much like the drink, Brand Days are full of spirit (and you probably shouldn’t have a Brand Day on an empty stomach). What really distinguishes a Brand Day from another manufacturer visit is a premium, catered lunch from some of Atlanta’s best eateries. Some of our team’s favorites – Aviva by Kameel, Fox Bros BBQ, the Kona Ice ice cream truck, The Blaxican food truck – always have SUPPLY.com-ers walking away with a smile.
“The Blaxican food truck on the Pfister Brand Day was amazing. I love that we got to support a local business, and I’ve never tried Mexican Soul Food before. The buffalo chicken tacos were incredible.”

Two of our favorite things: Kohler and cookie cake!
Adding a little icing on the cake with some swag, Brand Days are like Christmas Morning at SUPPLY.com – the manufacturers are Santa Claus, and we’re all a bunch of little kids that finally made the “nice list.” We’ve gotten our stockings stuffed with t-shirts, water bottles, and free faucets. Duravit even raffled off a bike! One major hit was the showerheads that Hansgrohe gave away:
“After the training, they provided us with a top-notch goodie bag. I can’t believe they gave us a showerhead and I can’t get enough of the Buff.”
–Ryan Valentino, Account Manager
Today, it’d be next to impossible to see one of our employee’s desk not featuring some branded swag from a previous Brand Day. Our reps sport the clothing and display the swag with pride.
Account Managers Maged Roushdi and Ryan Valentino loved their Hansgrohe showerheads and Buff headwear.
