Q1 Quarterly Meeting: Taking a Few Pages Out of Coach Wooden’s Playbook
A few weeks ago, we kicked off 2017 with our Q1 quarterly meeting to review the year before and draw up the X’s and O’s for the year ahead. The meeting was kicked off by Marcus Morgan (CEO) who shared the news regarding another phenomenal year in 2016. Inspired by John Wooden’ book, A Game Plan for Life: The Power of Mentoring, Marcus shared three of Coach Wooden’s core values: always practice simplicity with constant repetition, make sure your players are better than the other team, and make sure that your players put the team above themselves. This year, we’re all about improving on what we’re already good at.
Following the SUPPLY.com CEO were Harrison Rogers (Director of Sales) and James Blunt (Director of Operations). They each walked us through the steps their departments are taking to ensure continued success in 2017. As sales continue to increase, this quarter, Harrison’s team is focused on measuring what’s working, optimizing to maximize return, and executing flawlessly. Meanwhile, James explained how Operations keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes and laid out our plan for moving offices in the next few months. Check out the photos below for a peek inside the Q1 2017 quarterly meeting!
