2016 has been a big year for us at SUPPLY.com. Quarter after quarter, we’ve been shattering records for fun, and last quarter was no exception. Last week, we wrapped up Q3 in a way that might just give you flashbacks to His Airness’s final shot in Game 6 of the 1998 NBA Finals. Our PRO sales team #CrushedIt by closing out the quarter as back-to-back-to-back champs following a record-breaking week, a record-breaking month, and a record-breaking quarter overall. Not only did the entire team rise to the occasion, but two of our Account Managers, Kirk Hunter and Matt Coppola, put up G.O.A.T.-worthy numbers with two of the largest orders in company history. To celebrate, the PRO sales team was treated to a downright delicious lunch earlier this week and heard from CEO, Marcus Morgan, and Director of Sales, Harrison Rogers about their epic performance.
Marcus kicked off proceedings by addressing the team and letting them how proud he was of their hard work this past quarter. “I remember when we could fit the entire company in this conference room and now we have just one team in here,” said Morgan. “We set some ambitious goals for PRO sales at the beginning of the quarter and I couldn’t be more proud of the way y’all rose to the occasion. As you continue to hit goals, we’ll continue to give this team more resources to achieve even more. Thank you for all your hard work and congratulations on smashing the record!”

Following lunch, Harrison broke down the keys to our success with an informative presentation. “This quarter we had a better alignment with other departments within our organization, specifically marketing. They’re working to get us the best leads possible and we’re making sure to follow up as soon as possible. We’ve put more focused on investing in our teams by providing them with ongoing training and coaching opportunities. We give them the tool and they make use of it. Our understanding of our industry, customers, and competition is getting sharper and sharper. We’ve always been good with customer service, but we are constantly looking for ways to go above and beyond for our customers to build critical relationships.”
“This quarter, we learned just how much potential our team has. We are going to continue to make the customer our top priority, continue to find ways to make the sales rep more efficient, and continue to find ways to leverage the systems and support of marketing and other departments. A big congrats for all of your hard work. We have a team of very sharp individuals who we push and challenge. That team is constantly rising to the occasion.”
