Senior .NET Developer

As a Senior .NET Developer, you lead the back-end development of our suite of digital properties and tools. Utilizing a .NET stack, we build and maintain a wide assortment of websites and applications to provide our customers as well as internal business units an exceptional online experience.


  • Leverage C# and/or T-SQL to better our user’s website experience and build systems to improve our company’s internal efficiency
  • Learn to use the latest software development tools as appropriate, like Visual Studio and SSMS
  • Mentor and collaborate with team members of varying skill sets (developers and non-developers) as a senior member of our team
  • Execute effectively within an Agile development process in an open work environment (no cubicles)


  • 5+ years working within C# ASP.Net and SQL frameworks
  • 5+ years writing back-end code for .NET Web Forms that support front-end UX
  • Experience owning complete features/products (self-directed and independent)
  • An ability to exhibit some familiarity with SQL database programming and performance in a large dataset environment
  • Experience in developing products using Web Services using SOAP/REST as well as utilization of version control systems like SVN or Git
  • An ability to display extensive knowledge of statistical methods and A/B testing applied in a very dynamic environment
  • It would be awesome if you also have:
    • Demonstrable knowledge of e-commerce, business strategy development and online media
    • Solid expertise in database marketing with a deep understanding of data structure, collection, cleanliness and maintenance/integration with CRM
    • Experience with various integration areas, such as data integration/ETL, application integration, business process integration, UI integration
    • A track record of building cool, large-scale web applications and services
