Junior Creative Producer

Website SUPPLY.com

About SUPPLY.com

Located just outside of Atlanta, SUPPLY.com is a rapidly-growing e-commerce company that is revolutionizing the archaic plumbing supply industry. How? Our award-winning team of customer service experts and sales rock stars utilize cutting-edge technology and old-fashioned elbow grease in everything we do. We work hard, celebrate wins, and build something great every day.

About the Role

As Junior Creative Producer, you drive the creation and publishing of online content for SUPPLY.com.  You will help shape the voice of the SUPPLY.com brand across a variety of media, including written materials, design assets, marketing campaigns, and website properties.

Collaborating on a daily basis with UX and Marketing teams, you’ll play a key role in supporting a range of Marketing, Creative, and UX projects.  You’re an exceptional problem solver who can build elegant messaging to attract and inform our customers. If you have a reputation for being the strongest storyteller in your group of friends and people constantly ask you to help them proofread their work or articulate ideas, we want to hear from you.

You Will

  • Develop content (articles, graphics, wireframes, etc.) to support marketing campaigns, manufacturer promotions, and website enhancements – often in partnership with Marketing and UX teams
  • Be the primary owner of the SUPPLY.com Knowledge Center, responsible for managing and growing our collection of informative, customer-focused articles
  • Work fluently in a multi-channel environment, translating single concepts into a variety of asset types for use in both online and offline channels (digital, print, outdoor, etc)
  • Be the primary manager of the SUPPLY.com social media presence (scheduling how content is syndicated as a part of your production process)

You Have

  • 1-2 years of copywriting / creative production experience is strongly preferred (preferably in an agency or e-commerce setting), but recent grads with internship experience are great too
  • A kickass portfolio of long-form copy (articles) and short-form pieces you’ve written as well as any digital creative assets you’ve produced (graphic design, photography, video editing, etc)
  • A Bachelor’s degree in English, creative writing, journalism or any other media-related field
  • A knack for asking meaningful questions, giving and receiving feedback, and spotting the little details that others tend to miss (and offering solutions!)
  • A strong understanding of how written copy influences online marketing campaigns and e-commerce performance (SEO implications, web design implications)
  • Solid proficiency in managing content in WordPress
  • Demonstrated ability to juggle many projects at once, set priorities, and meet tight deadlines
  • Comfort digesting and working with qualitative data / research insights. Moreover, you welcome any and all data that will help inform clear, effective work
  • An ability to work both solo and in collaboration with your team members (other creatives, developers, analysts) to consistently deliver professional, clean work
  • Design experience is a huge plus (Photoshop, Illustrator)

You’ll Get

  • Competitive salary, as well as health, dental & vision benefits
  • A 401k plan that matches your contributions
  • Generous vacation and holiday schedule
  • A seat on an energetic team that collaborates and pushes each other to be better
  • A fast-paced but cooperative environment with endless potential for growth
  • Celebration events for team and company successes throughout the year
  • Access to a group of smart people who care about what they do and want to help you succeed
  • Thursday Thank Yous: free lunches and fun activities every Thursday, courtesy of SUPPLY.com
  • Super discounted gym membership, team outings, company swag, and more
