The Designer will support the needs of the SUPPLY.com Marketing/UX team in Atlanta, Georgia. This position will report to and work closely with the Senior Designer.

The position will draw on a candidate’s design / production capabilities as well as idea generation and brand building skills. The Designer is responsible for all aspects of graphic design for assigned tasks and should constantly strive to build visual assets which will add value to the SUPPLY.com customer experience.



  • Design for conversion and usability, always keeping the customers’ needs in mind
  • Develop multiple sketches, design comps, and layouts for campaign assets, web banners, blog images, featured social channel images, display ads, email templates, and other digital assets
  • Work with other creatives, developers, and content writers to create assets for use in online channels
  • Create compelling visuals while following best practices of building optimized web content
  • Aid in management of creative assets, including organization of manufacturer-provided visual assets
  • Brainstorm concepts and generate ideas on how to improve the SUPPLY.com experience
  • Help in areas that may be outside of the designer’s traditional responsibilities as needed (project management duties, creative content planning sessions, etc.)
  • Work in a collaborative, cross-departmental agile environment
  • Take part in reiterative and testing website projects
  • Utilize Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, HipChat) for thorough project documentation, organization, and collaboration



  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience or internship experience (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal
  • A robust, professional portfolio of design samples and well-architected written descriptions outlining contributions made to each example in portfolio
  • Ability to design in and develop the SUPPLY.com brand while developing unique presentation of manufacturer brand stories
  • Expert capabilities in design applications including Adobe Photoshop CC and Adobe Illustrator CC
  • Strong layout and typography skills
  • Cursory knowledge of front-end development or basic coding experience preferred (HTML, CSS, JS)
  • Ability to focus on multiple projects at once and to troubleshoot problems quickly
  • The ability to interpret requests and turn them into viable design solutions to achieve business goals
  • Willingness to dive head-first into research and learn industry terms / markets quickly
  • Experience with Adobe After Effects CC, Adobe Premier Pro and other video editing software is a plus
